1. Payment
- We only accept SGD. Payment to be made via ATM and Internet Banking.
2. Cancellation
- Cancellations to be made before payment. Orders will be placed upon receiving payment thus any cancellations after payment received will not be entertained.
3. Exchange Or Refund
- Our orders are checked and ensure they are in best conditions before sending out.
- Strictly no exchange or refund allow once payment has been made.
- Item color and design may vary due to different computer resolution.
- No refund is to be made if the goods is damaged during posting.
- GorgeousMummynTots will not responsible for any lost mails if buyer opts for normal postage.

4. Delivery
- Strictly no meet up. Only Normal or Registered postage is available.
- Free Normal postage within Singapore. For Registered mail, there will be additional charges, please check the rates with us.
5. Ordering Of Items
- Every batch of orders will be processed once the minimum batch quota of 10 items is reached.
- Upon ordering, a confirmation email will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Upon receipt of the email, full payment to be make within 48 hours.
- Order status updates will be emailed to you.
- The arrival of items will be approximately 2-4 weeks after our we have placed the order.
- If the item which you have ordered is Out Of Stock, we will notify you immediately and a full refund for that item will be made to you via bank transfer.
